Description

Room is approximately sixteen by thirty (y square feet) with two large closets, and a separate office area with built in desk. About and a half feet(about fifty square feet). It has its own AC, but central heating. It’s the second story of an old house in Greenwood. Utilities would be split, and WiFi is available. I put $ as an estimate. We can negotiate on price. Possible garage parking/storage. The house only has one bathroom. There’s a deck and large back garden. Washer and dryer in the basement. I work nights, so I’m usually asleep from pm, but I’m a heavy sleeper. When awake, I’m fairly quiet inside the house.
