2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment currently shared by three people. Male / female tenant . Shared 2bhk space ( we have both genders in this house so we can switch rooms to share with same genders that’s not the issue you won’t be expected to share with opp gender )

Looking for an occupant.

The place is close to all the amenities and the bus stop is just opposite the building. Very close to Dalhousie campus and is ideal for both Dalhousie and SMU students.

One room is taken as private by a working Dalhousie Alumni and the other room is currently up for renting ( could be private or shared - by a couple , males or females )

There is also a provision if you want to take it as a private room. Can be taken as private for plus utilities

Rent is per person + utilities ( wifi and electricity )
Available from 1st March / earlier
