I’m a clean, respectful, and easygoing guy looking for a room in Nashville or surrounding areas. I keep shared spaces tidy, communicate well, and am pretty low-key at home. I’m reliable with rent, considerate of others’ schedules, and looking for a comfortable place with a good living dynamic. I do have a girlfriend who would be over pretty often.
