Short term rent - feb-march

Description

I’m an executive professional seeking a short-term studio or 1-bedroom rental from February 1st to March th. This is a temporary lease while I wait for my current tenant to move out so I can return to my own apartment.

I work full-time, hours a week, in-office, and I value a clean, quiet, and well-maintained living environment. I’m respectful, responsible, and easy to communicate with. I do not smoke, do not have pets, and I take excellent care of any space I live in.

Furnished is preferred, but I’m flexible. Happy to provide references if needed and move forward quickly if it’s a good fit.
