Flatmate Wanted (Women Only)

Description

The flat is a 2-bedroom apartment in a quiet area with views of Mount Ainslie. It is close to a light rail station and a short walk away from Canberra Centre and ANU.

You will have your own bedroom and bathroom, along with a shared lounge, kitchen, balcony, and laundry. You will also have access to a pool, gym, and BBQ area.

There is an underground parking spot included at no extra cost.

Water is included as part of rent.
(Also please note, this is a non-smoking apartment).

You will be sharing with me (Ra). I am easygoing, quiet, and very clean, and have a lot of hobbies including crochet, baking, crafts, and board games.

Some of my passions include listening to music, watching movies, and collecting and caring for my plants.

My current flatmate is moving out so I am looking for someone who is tidy and considerate, and also seeking a calm and comfortable place to live. This will be available from the th of January.
