Description

I have one bedroom and one bathroom available to rent through August, however am flexible with the lease and would accept short term. The bedroom is the only way to access the backyard for my 2 dogs so we would have to discuss that/ possibly switch rooms. I have lived in this house for a long time without roommates, but would like to save some money. I would prefer the person is also a professional, likes to go out and do things so isn’t always home, and respects quiet time in week nights. Also having a friend over every once in a while is fine, but constant guests or parties is not. I’m busy with work and out of the house often, but when I am home I’d like it to be peaceful. We could talk about pets if you have them and friendly
