Room for rent Downtown

Description

Private room in house that is walking distance to both hospitals, MSUB campus, the farmer's market, shops and restaurants downtown. Common areas and spacious bathroom shared with me, a tidy but not neat-freak, dayshift medical professional, and a very sweet, hypoallergenic cat. All utilities included in rent, and reduced rent available if interested in cat and/or plant-sitting while I am away from May through September. Female or MARRIED couples preferred. Large backyard with doggie-door so dogs allowed, and fish or other terrarium pets, but no cats (my cat gets along with dogs but not cats).
