One furnished bedroom is available in a large home. Rent is $ per month. All utilities are included.

Household:

As of February 1st, the house will have two adult occupants. We are looking for a third laid back, respectful person.

The home is large, with multiple spaces across several floors, making it easy to have privacy when needed.

There is one husky in the house.

An 8 year old child is present Monday and Thursday from pm, and Friday overnight until Saturday at am. Outside of those times, the great room and game room are completely yours to enjoy.


The room:

Furnished bedroom.

Extra furniture available if you want to swap items.


Kitchen and storage:

Two full sized fridges.

There is always plenty of fruit and vegetables in the house. Feel free to help yourself whenever you want some.

Main kitchen plus a second kitchen currently under construction.


Bathrooms:

Three bathrooms total, all with bidets.

The upstairs bathroom is reserved for tenants only, providing a more private space.


House features:

Two living rooms.

Well equipped home gym with Smith machine, treadmill, cable machine, dumbbells, barbells, and lbs of weights.

Fabrication and hobby space with 3D printers and other equipment.

Smart home features.

Garage available if you drive. A bus stop is nearby if you do not.


Other notes:

The second kitchen and some gym areas are still under construction. Some ongoing projects should be expected, but disruption is kept reasonable.

The household is relaxed and comfortable with normal day to day routines, including listening to music.


Photos can be shared and viewings can be arranged to see if it is a good fit.
