This listing is for one private bedroom (and a shared “extra” room) in a single-level, (only one small step up to the deck/patio) two bathroom home. Standard sized bedroom has double doors that open to adjoining bedroom which will be available to share for meditation and exercise, with space for a massage table.

A new mini-split system allows for individual room temperature control, including summer A/C. The shared kitchen and dining area overlook a private garden. A small utility room with washer and dryer is available for use. You have a full bathroom directly across from your room (I will only use the toilet or prearrange for a tub soak, but it will otherwise be your bathroom).

Cooking appliances and dishes available to be shared respectfully.

• Must be willing to feed my cat two days per week
• No additional pets
• No tobacco
• Off-street parking available for one vehicle
• Must be willing to provide requested information for a background check.
