Looking for short or long term home

year old HAPPILY single female looking for either a roommate or home of my own. I am open to rent to own. I have a very spoiled and very friendly dog who believes her purpose in life is to receive and give love to the entire world. Her other purpose is to be a playful goofball, which she does well! She is my emotional support animal. I have a crate for her, but she is well behaved when I am not home. She usually stays on my bed until I come home; however, if you wanted her to hang out with you and your crew, she would enjoy that too. She is a big dog, but is a gentle giant. She is great with other dogs, of all sizes, but my current landlord's female dog attacked her, so she may be a little skittish at first. I have videos of her playing with yorkies. It is adorable! We would love a fenced in yard, but not required. I poop scoop her "business" in a timely manner!! I teach night classes and hope to begin a part time job before I move in. I can verify sufficient rental income. I'm saving to hopefully buy home of my own at some point. Amount listed is flexible. I would love to stay in Newport News, but Hampton is also okay. I work until at night, but I come in quietly. I will need to take my dog out for a walk when I get home at night. My bedtime hours listed below say midnight - 2 am, but I am in bed, usually around , but don't fall asleep until around 2 am.
