Great house in north Houston

Description

4 yr roommate moved to Dallas for work. No pets here. Util included. Rooms are furnished, have own bathroom and a corner view from second floor. You'll have a parking space in the 3 car garage and use of the entire house except my office. There are cheaper places, but not better places. You'll be treated like family here.

Great house corner lot house, really nice atmosphere and fun social roommate. It's bath with 2 living rooms ( down). House has pool, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, good music, lots of light, white carpet and a comfy, cool vibe. Good place to sit and read, visit with friends, or watch a movie. House has 1 gb wifi, gas mainlined grill, gourmet kitchen with island and cook top, granite counters, etc. Huge windows in living rooms let in tons of light. Bedrooms have lots of light, chocolate walls, ceiling fans, walk in closets, own bathrooms, and are separated by 2nd living room so nobody shares a wall. This is a big house with big rooms. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with great neighbors and a good mix of demographics. Spring is extremely nice with libraries, trees, golf, gyms (lifetime, eos fitness, and hour are all really close), shopping, dining, etc. multi-million dollar homes and Myer park. Overnight guests/friends are no problem. Each Room is on the opposite side of the house so no shared walls.


Great house for IT professional, Flight attendant, etc. I'm a straight male with active social life. I work, cook, workout, board games, etc. Very easy going and clean.

2 miles to the woodlands, miles to downtown, minutes to IAH. Close to Exxon Campus.
