I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from January onwards

My reasoning for this is nothing to do with the flat but because I would like to commute instead.
The flat has currently girls who are all lovely and respectable, people who keep the place clean and tidy but also love having fun. All age .

The rent is £ a week and the room is the classic ensuit meaning it is a slightly larger room.

The accomodation is in an amazing location which is only a minute walk to both campuses and also has an Aldi accross the road making it super easy to do a food shop.
The facilities are also great with a free gym and common room with regular activities and social events taking place
