Apartment is ~ sq. ft., with a spacious living room, one bathroom, and two bedrooms. Rent is a month, which includes heat and water, but not internet and electricity. There is a dollar deposit required to begin renting. The apartment is partially furnished, but will be missing a couch and a coffee table. There is a 4k flatscreen TV.Public spaces are expected to be kept clean.
