The room and bathroom are currently available and move in ready. Rent: One Thousand Dollars Monthly Due on the 1st
Refundable Deposit: Two Hundred Dollars
Utilities: Included (Cox Internet, SDGE, Conservice-Water, Trash, & Sewer-No Telephone and No Cable). No pets. If we are a fit and we decide to offer you the opportunity to apply to rent the room, then you will fill out an application with the office for a credit check and background check and pay them the application fee Thirty Dollars approx. If you pass the checks with the office, they would have you pay an applicable administrative fee (One Hundred Dollars) to be added to the lease and then we would issue you the keys to move in.
