We are friendly, clean and considerate. Females in our ’s. One works outside the home and the other is retired.

Applicant requirements:
*You must have a good credit score.
*Must provide proof of income.
*Must provide three references from previous rentals.
*Rent is due the first of every month.
*Security deposit of $ is due on or before March 1st. (The security deposit is not an advanced payment of rent. It may not be used by Tenant in lieu of rent.)
