Northbrook apartment sublease

Description

I’m looking for someone to take over my sublease from February to July.

The apartment is located in a two-story building and offers a comfortable, quiet living environment. A trash disposal area is conveniently located right next to the building, making trash disposal easy.

The room is unfurnished, but there is an optional IKEA furniture set (all furniture currently in the room) available for $ if you’d like to take everything.

The apartment is shared with one roommate who keeps the space clean, quiet, and well-maintained.

Lease renewal may be available by contacting the leasing office directly.
