I’m offering a private bedroom with a private bathroom in a clean and quiet apartment.

The rent eighth hundred per month, with a security deposit required before move-in. Utilities are split.

The room is available immediately.
I’m looking for a female roommate only who is clean, respectful, and responsible.
Non-smoker preferred.
Rent must be paid upfront before move-in. I’m unable to accept late payments, partial payments, or pay-later arrangements.
The room must be viewed in person before confirming anything.
