You will have a 2nd floor loft of the home w/ a shared entrance. Avery large room ( sq. ft.) with a sitting area, dining area, office area with a desk and a double size bed and a full bath. Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer provided. There is comfortable sitting area with a couch and large coffee table, a ” flat screened wall mounted TV. You will have access to the downstairs kitchen, washer & dryer and backyard.
The room is centrally heated and aired with an air conditioner in the window. $/mo. includes all utilities, pest control, and landscaping. Fully refundable deposit required. Trust that I really want to give it back, and almost always have, b/c that means the renter didn’t leave me any damages. Woohoo!
