Shared duplex with private roof

Description

I’m a y/o guy who works hybrid - from home in the mornings and out in the city afternoon-night. I keep a clean place, kitchen fully loaded, full bath (shared between us housemates), and washing machine in unit. Hardwood floors, central air, a/c and heat on both floors, dishwasher, microwave. Laundry room in the building, along with a gym, cycle studio, and communal office area with WiFi. Looking for someone who can maintain clean shared spaces and generally doesn’t make more noise than I do. Happy to jump on a video call for a walk through and first impression.
