Long-term JPHH Assignment

Description

I’m a retired Army senior NCO and current defense contractor working at Joint Base Pearl Harbor–Hickam. I’m relocating for a long-term assignment and looking for a furnished room or apartment within a reasonable commute to base.

I work a standard weekday schedule with occasional travel and keep a structured, quiet routine. I’m respectful of shared spaces, pay rent on time, and communicate clearly. No parties, no drama.

Adult family
may visit occasionally for short stays, generally no longer than one week, with advance notice. All visits are quiet and respectful of the home.

I’m looking for a clean, calm place with a professional environment and straightforward house expectations.
