Stable, Chill, Very Clean

I have no kids, no animals, and no significant other—and now that I’ve put all those words into a sentence, I’m reevaluating my life!

Jokes aside, I’m a happy, positive person who prides myself on making mature decisions. I know many profiles here claim perfection, but I prefer honesty. I’m not perfect, but I believe effective communication is vital when living with others. For instance, if my cologne (usually Versace Pour Homme) ever bothers you, just let me know and I’ll ensure you never have to worry about it again.

The Logistics:

Work: I work a hybrid schedule ( shift) for T-Mobile corporate in East Tampa. I work from home 2 days a week and go into the office for 2.

Location: I currently live in Carrollwood. I prefer staying close to work but am open to anywhere in the Bay Area.

Lifestyle: I enjoy a beer here and there but never to excess, and I honestly don’t mind if you partake.

Habits: I am very clean, but I understand everyone is different and have no issues if you are a bit messier.

The Room: I prefer an unfurnished room, as I enjoy curating a specific aesthetic.

Financials: I have a verifiable rental history and income, and I have no issue rent on time every month.

About Me:

I am deeply into graphic design and am often found at my computer working on vector art. I generally keep to myself and am always cognizant of respecting others' space. I am also an active ally for the LGBTQIA+ community and have immense respect for all pronouns.

I’m very easy-going. I buy fake plants because I enjoy the look but have the foresight not to let another plant die under my care. I also have my own vacuum… and I actually use it.
