Looking for a clean and respectful roommate. Must have a full-time job, clean up after themselves, and be responsible. Bathroom is shared with another roommate who is also very clean, so cleanliness is a must. Shared spaces must be kept clean. Utilities and Internet included. No pets or smoking in the house. Must be willing to sign a 6-month lease and pass a background check. No drama.
