Hi, my name is Laura. I am a -year old retired attorney. The room is very pretty and quiet. You would have your own bathroom and a washer and dryer for your use only. I spend most of my time on the second floor quilting, reading and listening to Audible. I am the only other occupant of the house. I am looking for a roommate.
The house is in the Richmond Beach area of Shoreline. This is a quiet neighborhood. People frequently walk down the middle of the street, and kids go by on scooters, skate boards and bicycles. My house overlooks Puget Sound so the view is peaceful and beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped with an air fryer, a Cuisinart food processor, a Kitchen Aid mixer etc. The living room has a gas fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating. There are tennis courts and a park within a block and good restaurants a short distance away. You can walk the beach.
I have been getting $ a month but have lowered the price to $ so I am flexible. I would be happy to show the house to you.
