Looking for a female roommate. Currently two cats in the home, preferably no more pets. Laundry in unit. Private landlord. Responsible for snow removal/lawn maintenance. You’ll be living with two mid s females who work full time, and balance small gatherings with quiet time. Looking for someone who keeps common areas clean and takes care of shared items. Common areas/kitchen fully furnished. Full finished basement with private bedroom and bathroom. Located in Midtown, very close to bus lines, with plenty of storage and parking. Option to renew after current lease term ends in July
