Room for rent coming in September The room is a has a “jack and jill” bathroom. Will be your own bathroom as the other room next to it is my kids and she doesn’t go in there much. I’m hoping for someone who is either a heavy sleeper or isn’t home much, my kid is 3 1/2 so it can be loud at different hours. She’s pretty good at sleeping through the night but does wake up sometimes for a good cry 😂🫠 Would be me, my daughter (a 3 year old), and two dogs and possibly another Roomate (2 rooms available right now) no more animals allowed as of now as I currently have two dogs (puppy and a 7 year old golden) Looking for someone okay with a house looking lived in and loved. Looking for short term(6 months) with the option to extend if it’s a good fit for everyone. The landlord is also going to be doing construction on the property in the next few months so just so you are aware.
