1 bedroom/shared bath - Encinitas

Hi! We are looking for a 3rd roommate (preferably female) to move-in to our place around mid-January to February.

A little about the place:
-$ including utilities for rent
-1 bedroom + shared bathroom (unfurnished)
-Month-to-month lease
-Extra office space downstairs
-In-unit laundry
-Backyard + shed for storage
-Right by the Leucadia freeway exit

A little bit about us: We’ve been living here for a year and love the location! I’m , work in tech sales (fully remote) and teach Pilates. Val is , works as an executive assistant (in-office) and has a lab so must be okay living with dogs.

**We’re open to an additional dog as long as they get along. I occasionally will foster a dog as well (if it’s okay with both roomies). No cats- we’re allergic. Sorry!
