Access to laundry room, kitchen must be used for light cooking, dishwasher, washer/ dryer, microwave, swimming pool and common areas. Lease is only available for a single individual. Tenants must work outside of the home full-time employment. No pets allowed. No smoking inside the house. Off street parking. No over night visitors. Cleanliness is a must, and assistance cleaning the bathroom will be required unless tenant pays an extra $ a month for cleaning fee. Cleaning kitchen area after use is mandatory.
