Hi! I’m looking for a boy (USF student preferred) to take over my lease at Bellarmine Hall, located at th Street, Temple Terrace, FL , right next to the University of South Florida (USF). The unit is a 4-bedroom / 2-bathroom apartment, and you will have your own private bedroom.
Monthly rent is $, including all utilities. The room is fully furnished. Move-in date starts from January (can be negotiated) to July.
