Description

Currently renting out my room with a private bathroom in a bath apartment. In unit washer/dryer, kitchen and patio. We have a small dog who is super friendly. My other two roommates are male but super sweet and do their own thing.

Offering month to month options, rent is $ a month including amenities, can add on parking if needed for $ a month (covered garage parking).

Located in Denver across from the Auraria campus and is in walking distance of campus and RTD station.
