Hello! I am on here to help my current roommate find someone who could take my room upon my moving out and cover the rent. Rent varies from around $ a month and Utilities are never more than around $ per person.
Room available is the master bedroom with its own bathroom and walk in closet. Room can be either furnished (a few shelves, mini fridge, full size bed) or unfurnished. Availability starts on February but you can move in after that date as well, just let me know what date works best for you. Lease ends in February .
Current roommate: Her name is Jayla, she is and does have a cat in the home. Upon interest I can answer any questions about the room and provide contact details for her for other questions you may have.
Requirements: Cat Friendly, Friendly, LGBT Friendly, preferably Afab/Female, ages preferred .
No deposit necessary unless you want to work out a time before February th for us to go to the office and have you replace me officially on the lease.
Pictures of the room can be provided upon request as in the process of cleaning it up this weekend to take proper pictures for those interested.
