Very Quiet neighborhood, feels like the suburbs. Private 1-Bedroom in the heart of L.A./Culver City. This is a condo and I am the owner. **I have dogs so must be dog friendly/lover**.

Rent includes full utilities, gardening and landscaping, trash, high speed internet and once a month deep cleaning by cleaning professional.

**Security Deposit** = $ one thousand.

Condo - Love my place and my neighborhood. Condo has been newly remodeled from TOP to BOTTOM. Laundry room on- and is also brand new. Bathroom is shared, you get full access to kitchen, free to use living room and dining area, free street parking. I do have a detached garage and just added a NEW garage door with remote control where you can store some items space permitting. There is plenty of parking and never an issue. There are security cameras on the buildings. I have a security metal door for the front door, Nest Yale Lock for the back door, Nest Aware Security Alarm and Nest Indoor Cam. Security and all, the neighborhood is very safe.

$ deposit along with 1st month's rent due upon moving in. Just minutes from the beach and situated between downtown and Santa Monica. Downtown Culver City is a 5 minute drive or minutes walking. Walking distance to the new Apple offices.
