Hi, I am a very respectful quiet roommate looking for a room for a few days a week. I haves sailboat in the Berkeley marina that I stay on a few days a week and a partners couple days a week. I love pets and having a kitchen to cook in. I don’t drink or smoke often but don’t mind responsible usage.
