You will be living with 1 landlord and a cat in a shared space with access to bathroom, kitchen, lounge / diner and garage. I am a hybrid worker so sometimes I work from home. I do smoke outside but not in the house

The room is furnished with all new furniture, brand new bed and mattress, wardrobe, drawers and a computer desk. The room also has blackout curtains and WiFi booster located within room. A cleaner comes every 2 weeks (your room is an optional extra unless you would rather to clean your room)

The house comes with free superfast 1gb broadband and Wifi.

Preferential in-person meeting but happy to do initial meets as video conferencing.
