I’m Sachin (M) and I’m looking for a private room for rent in Dallas.

Details:

Budget: ~$/month (all utilities included)

Move-in: Early November

Lease duration: Around 3 months for now (might extend later)

Preferred areas: Along the DART Orange or Red Line — ideally east of downtown, or near Cedar Crest, Downtown, Highland Park, Vickery Meadows, Richardson, Plano, White Rock, or North Dallas

Transit: Within a min walk to DART

Parking: Not needed (I don’t own a vehicle)

Food: Non-veg should be allowed

Roommates: Comfortable with any gender

A bit about me:
I’m currently working in retail while exploring other job opportunities and may pursue a master’s in the future. I’m quiet, tidy, and respectful — I cook for myself, clean up after, do my own laundry, and handle my share of chores. I’ll mostly be out during the day for work and always pay rent on time. I recently moved from another country, so I don’t have a credit history yet.
