Hi everyone, I'm looking for a male to sublease my portion of my house for the spring semester ():

• S. Prince St., Whitewater, WI -

• bathroom, 1 office, kitchen, & living room - all on main floor

• Electric heat + A/C unit, washer + dryer (basement), water + Internet/WiFi all included

• Would live with 2 other males who live on the second floor

• Signing info: $ spring semester rent () + $ signing deposit (would get deposit back at end of spring semester), & parking permit is included w/ rent (parking lot in back of the house)

• Payment of electric bill each month
