Description

I’m renting out a bedroom located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. The area is peaceful and secure, with the Rivergate Shopping Center just 6 minutes away and a beautiful walking trail nearby (about a -minute route — check it out on maps!).

You’ll feel comfortable and welcome using the whole house. I’m a single father with shared custody. I own a logistics and painting business, so I’m rarely home.

There’s also an optional master bedroom available if needed.
