We have a PRIVATE room for rent. WIn TV, Lg Screen TV, Large Closet. You will have access to all common areas such as our full use of our Beautiful Kitchen, D0ining area, Livingroom, Front and back patios with BBQ.

Jerry is a professional and has a home office while Sheri is a mobile paramedical examiner working with patients around the San Fernando Valley-Northridge adjacent. We are a casual couple, and we don't care for drama. Friendly. We don't impose a lot of rules and have very few restrictions.
