Looking for someone to take over my lease asap from now till may with option to renew at no rent increase. 5 mins from alki, min walk to water taxi and the BEST view of seattle from your balcony. 3 other roommates in their late s who work in tech/from home, hallway and your own separate living room separates your room so it really does feel like you live alone sometimes. Room is huge and includes a spacious private bathroom inside and a gorgeous greenery view from window. Washer and dryer in apartment and that is the only thing you share along with the kitchen.
