I have a room available in North Park. See the details below:

Room details:
-Private room w/ large closet
-Rent is $ month lease
-Shorter lease available for $ month minimum)
-All utilities included!
-Shared hallway closet
-Shared bathroom (w/ me)
-Plenty of kitchen cabinet/pantry space
-We’d sign a new contract on (Background check, your income and mine combined need to be x rent which is about $, and credit scored of + are needed when applying)
-Coin operated laundry in the back of the building
-Street parking available (paid spot may be possible)

What I’m looking for in a roommate:
-Late ’s woman (flexible on age for the right person)
-Femmes/WOC, queer folks, couples preferred but flexible for the right person
-No pets preferred but flexible for sweet and calm pets and responsible pet owners!
-Values: respect, communication, compassion, and splitting chores (a must!)
-Doesn’t bring party back home
-Preferably no wfh since I already wfh a few days of the week, but can be flexible on this
-Would love to have someone I have a friendly relationship with. We don’t have to be bffs (unless that happens organically ofc) but life is more enjoyable when we live with people we enjoy being around
