Hi, I own a 4 bedroom home and am looking to rent out 1 private room along with shared use of main bathroom. It's myself, my daughter with me half time, and a quiet couple that rents another room. Good neighbors that are professional and look out for one another. Medium size yard and open to sharing space of entire home. Looking for a like minded professional who is down to Earth.
