Seeking private room or guesthouse

Hi there! I’m looking for a private room or backhouse with its own private bathroom. I’d like to live on the outskirts of Portland or cities outside of Portland like Oregon City, Beaverton, Tigard, Cedar Hills, Happy Valley, Clackamas.
I’m clean, respectful, and responsible, and I’m hoping to live with someone who values the same.

I work full-time, and a few days a week I work from home, so having a quiet, comfortable space — ideally with room for a small desk — would be perfect.

I value a peaceful, drama-free home and prefer a calm environment with no loud parties or constant noise. It would be a nice bonus if we get along well and share a few common interests, but mutual respect and good communication are most important to me.
