One is an Engineering student (junior) and the other sister is a Nursing student (junior) both attending University of Portland.

- A private bedroom (teen sqft) and private bathroom inside the room
- In house laundry
- four minute drive to UP campus 
- new home, new appliances
- Utilities are split between all people living in the house
- Included in rent (napkins, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, kitchen towels)
- No pets
