1 Bedroom Private Suite

Description

I have a private suite in a .5 bathroom house available starting NOVEMBER 1. I am looking for roommates who are interested in a long term, healthy, fun and peaceful environment. I would consider opening the house up to one other dog, if it was the right fit. There would be 3 of us total living in the house.

• The space feels like a lock-off but you would share the kitchen and laundry areas. The private suite is downstairs and has its own private bathroom, living room and patio. The previous roomie had a living room setup with a couch, coffee table and entertainment stand and even had a mini fridge and dining room table, making it a very cozy private space. I do have storage down there, and would access it from time to time, but not often. Shared spaces: upstairs living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry and shared deck/patio spaces.
• Unfurnished.

ABOUT ME: I’m a female in my mid thirties that works from home M-F. I used to live in Breckenridge for years and I bought this house and moved down last year. I ski, hike, bike and like to get outside a lot with my dog, Bindi. I’m pretty easy going and I’m looking for roommates that are respectful and clean! Bindi is a chi-heeler mix that’s a little standoffish at first, but warms up and is very sweet. I enjoy hosting occasional small social gatherings, such as holiday parties & game nights, attending live events, such as concerts & comedy shows, and other fun outdoor activities. But usually, most day-to-day activities will consist of relaxed afternoons and quiet evenings. I am friendly but mostly smoke outside if it’s flower.
