Hi, my name is Triana. I am a graduate student & professional. I am looking for a roommate to share a 3 bedroom house with me and my German shepherd. He’s older and friendly. You will have your own bathroom and living area, but I would need access to your bathroom to do laundry (washer & dryer located there). The house has plenty of room with 2 living rooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. We would pretty much only be sharing a kitchen area, but I don’t mind hanging out when we both have time. The house has plenty of space for just 2 people. Room will be unfurnished and is available December 1st.

I am ultimately looking for a quiet roommate who is respectful and dog friendly. Must clean up after yourself. I am LGBTQ & cannabis friendly (must smoke outside on patio or deck). I’m an occasional/social drinker and prefer wine or mixed drinks over shots these days lol. Full-time graduate student so I am mostly studying, playing or walking my dog, or resting when I am home. Looking for a trustworthy roommate.
