I have one bedroom with private bathroom for rent , in the alicante Apartments in Aliso Viejo.

Monthly rent is $+ utilities not include: we going to share all utilities together.

I’m looking for a roommate who is clean, employed , and able to pay all bills on time. You will have access to the kitchen, a parking pass (first come first serve but usually plenty) and full access to all amenities in the complex which includes pool , a gym, and a “game room”. You will also have access to the in-unit washer/dryer. Super chill neighborhood and neighbors so it’s important that you also have everything you need is close . Walmart , costco , Ralph, .
