There is storage space within the kitchen for tenants to store their belongings. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and kitchen gadgets. The property features a front and back porch, perfect for enjoying the weather or relaxing while smoking. On the property, two animals live there; they are the landlord's responsibility. There is a baby gate that restricts the animals from encroaching on your space. They are well-behaved and quiet. Currently, it is just my wife and I who live here on the property.
