Seeking a room

Description

I am a professional female aged . I am looking for a small or large room. I am available to move from and have a budget of $/month. I would like to share with males or females, ideally between years old. I just moved to the area. I have an 8 year old cat (female fixed and up to date on shots) and a leopard gecko. My animal is well trained and while she is not declawed, she doesn’t scratch furniture or walls. She has never used the restroom anywhere except for her Litter Robot (fancy automated litter box). My leopard Gecko has a small enclosure, and she doesn’t have a smell like certain reptiles do. They were both rescues I have gotten several years ago and are a hard keep for me. I am clean and have furniture for the room if it does not come furnished. I also have a storage unit so I will not clutter the house/apartment or my room. I will be working most of the time and am looking for a long term stay (undisclosed amount of time currently).
