-- Also, the condo came unfurnished, but I have furnished it with an awesome couch and a 65" TV w/ soundbar in the living room. There is already a QUEEN bed/mattress in your room, which you can see in the photos and use for scale. You can choose whether to keep it.

LOCATION: right next to Lincoln Rd. (less than a minute walking) and 5 minutes walking to the beach.

AVAILABILITY: The room is available February 10th for a fresh year lease.

ABOUT ME:

I'm a 31 y/o software engineer who moved down to Miami Beach a year ago for work. I'm a pretty easy going and respectful roommate. Definitely like to have fun and go out, but also often enjoy chilling at home or with friends. I enjoy staying active by riding my bike and playing sports. I lived in Asia for the majority of my twenties and still love to travel regularly.

I currently work in a hybrid model -- usually 2 or 3 days at home and the others in the office.

I'm open to a male or female roommate. I was living with a female roommate until recently -- her job just relocated her back to NYC. Primarily looking for someone in their 20s/30s who is easy to get along/live with, respectful, responsible, and hopefully fun.
