Looking for a Roomate

Description

I'm looking for someone around my age, female who is motivated and a goal maker. My hope/goal is to start a new lease on a home $/month or less with someone. We would split all expenses. This would give me and the other person an opportunity to have a nice, large, enjoyable home.
I have a year old short hair german shepherd, who is well-behaved, and an year old cat who acts like a kitten(minus the destruction, haha)
I love video games and the outdoors. Which is quite the mixture. Meaning I love to garden.
I do not smoke, but do not mind if you do as long as it's outside.
Preferably the pheonix area.
