Seeking a third roommate for our .5 bath house.

• Shared bathroom with 1 person.
• Shared living spaces include: Huge Bonus Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, and extra half bath.
• Washer/dryer in home.
• Great deck off the back.
• Storage in the attached garage.
• Plenty of parking.
• Quiet neighborhood with awesome neighbors.

We have bedroom furniture if helpful, and can remove it if you have your own stuff.

Avalee is and in education for special needs kids.
Val is and in marketing.

We have 3 cats total, and hope you love kitties, but perhaps don’t have any of your own, as 4 is plenty. Luna will adopt you.

We are nonsmokers, and not big drinkers. Overnight guests are rare and more likely to be girls (my sister or Avalee’s friends).

We’re super tidy, self-aware, and considerate.
